Many individuals have these weird diets and schemes in order to lose weight, but some appear more crazy as they're going overboard with obsession and preoccupations on shedding weight. Some are so too concerned with how they look like that they do not know that these thoughts and actions are already heavy psychological conditions. One of these is bulimia. In order to understand what bulimia is, we should know Marnie.

Marnie is a girl who is 18 years of age. She's tall, has a slim frame, and she is lovely. She has mates who have got the same built and height and who have got the same interests "to look lovely and to party whenever they get an opportunity. Marnie likes to socialise a lot and along with these socializations, she likes to eat. She eats whatever she would like to, eats a whole lot at one standing, as she gives in to what she would like always. However the concept of getting fat with all of the stuff that she has eaten, brings her guilt. She doesn't need to get fat. She wants to remain attractive, lean, slim, and attractive. Every after she eats, she is going to the toilet, forces herself to barf out everything she ate, or to expel them all out by drinking purgatives. Later, she starts eating again. Because of this, Marnie does not gain weight and quite maintains her figure.

As the time rolled by by, Marnie spotted cavities in her teeth and a stinging throat, a scarcity of energy for any activity and stomach pains. Soon, she observed her weight to be changing, and her feces was black in color. Marnie one day faints in class and was taken to the hospital.

Marnie has the disposition of bulimia nervosa. She loves to eat, but she expels everything and does not want to take in the food. Due to the frequent vomiting, cavities and throat ulcers can form. Our stomach contains stomach acid, and with frequent barfing, the acid reaches the food pipe, the throat, and the mouth. A low level of electrolytes,eg potassium, and dehydration can also result, leading to weakness. Potassium is essential for our muscles and water is very important for our cells to to function efficiently. Stomach ulcers can also happen, that might worsen and lead directly to bleeding. Black feces is one sign that there may be bleeding in the stomach. Soon, if the conditions go on, the body surrenders and shuts down , therefore , fainting.

Bulimia is particularly common amongst teenagers and among girls. Therefore , complete steering regarding diet and psychological support should be given to this generation when it comes to nourishment and being healthy and fit. Those who want to lose weight shouldn't go over the top with this. Bulimia is simply too much, and instead of making you healthy, it can be fatal. So for most impressive results, consult a fitness expert and dietician, because they know the right way on how to make you pretty, just the way you want yourself to be.
